1.申請人須以有效的手提電話號碼登記帳戶，每個有效的手提電話號碼只可登記一次。
2.會員必須提供真實、正確及完整的登記資料，並須為所登記電話號碼的合法擁有人。
3.每名會員只可登記一個帳戶。任何重複、虛假或欺詐登記，本公司有權即時暫停或終止其會籍、取消其所有積分及換領獎賞資格，而毋須事前通知。
4.會籍及積分只供會員本人使用，不得轉讓他人。
5.迎新獎賞（如適用）每名會員只可獲取一次。
6.積分計算：於本公司門市消費，每惠顧港幣 $1 可賺取 1 積分，並以實際交易金額計算。折扣、優惠或使用現金券所扣減之金額不獲儲分，亦不設四捨五入。
7.積分有效期：積分於賺取後翌年 6 月 30 日到期，逾期作廢。
8.積分換領：如以積分換領產品，只需向店員出示會員卡條碼，積分將於換領完成後扣除。
9.恆香職員有權要求會員出示有效證明，以核實會員流動裝置所顯示的會員資料之真確性。
10.會員應妥善保管會員帳戶及密碼；若帳戶被不正當使用，該會員須負上全部責任。
11.會員優惠及條款將不定期更新及修改，而不另行通知。本公司保留隨時終止會籍運作之權利。

Welcome to Hang Heung membership. The following are the terms of the membership programme:
1.Applicants must register an account with a valid mobile phone number. Each valid mobile phone number may be registered only once.
2.Members must provide true, accurate and complete registration information, and must be the lawful owner of the registered phone number.
3.Each member may register only one account. For any duplicate, false or fraudulent registration, the Company may immediately suspend or terminate the membership, cancel all points and revoke redemption eligibility, without prior notice.
4.Membership and points are for the member's own use only and are non-transferable.
5.The welcome reward (if applicable) may be obtained only once per member.
6.Points: For every HK$1 spent at our stores, 1 point is earned, based on the actual transaction amount. Amounts deducted by discounts, promotions or cash vouchers do not earn points, and no rounding applies.
7.Points validity: Points expire on 30 June of the year following the year in which they are earned.
8.Redemption: To redeem products with points, show your membership barcode to our staff; points are deducted after redemption is completed.
9.Hang Heung staff may require members to present valid proof to verify the authenticity of the membership information shown on the member's device.
10.Members should keep their account and password secure; the member is fully responsible for any improper use of the account.
11.Member benefits and terms may be updated from time to time without notice. The Company reserves the right to terminate membership operations at any time.
12.The Company reserves the right of final decision on all offers.
